Returns
– You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
– You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
– If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
– Gift cards, discounted items, and items bought during sale events are not eligible for return.
Shipping
– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
