Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Domestic & International Customers

This policy applies to all orders placed via www.jpnsmartindia.com, both within India and internationally.
 
1. Returns
 
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Return requests must be submitted to jpnsmartind@gmail.com before dispatching the item.
• Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team before sending the product.
 
1.1 Domestic Returns (Within India)
 
• Pickup may be arranged by our logistics partner or customers may self-ship the item.
• Return shipping costs may be covered by us only in case of wrong or damaged item delivery.
 
1.2 International Returns
 
• Customers must bear all return shipping charges, customs, and duties.
• Only use trackable courier services.
• JPN Smart India is not liable for returns lost or delayed in transit.
 
2. Refunds
 
• Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 0–7 working days.
• Refunds exclude original shipping charges, duties, and return courier costs.
 
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
 
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards and undergarments
• Items bought on clearance or during sale events
• Products returned without prior approval
 
4. Order Cancellations
 
• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to jpnsmartind@gmail.com with the Order ID.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, it can be returned post-delivery as per our return policy.
 
5. Important Notes
 
• Refunds are not guaranteed for returns received after 30 days of delivery.
• Product colors or sizes may slightly vary due to individual device screen settings.
• All international refunds are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
