Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also track your order by logging into your JPN Smart India account.

Delivery is free for orders above ₹999. A small delivery charge may apply for smaller orders depending on your location.

You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of returned goods.
